If you choose to purchase an in stock item from our (virtual) shelves, by 10am (AEST) it will be posted the same business day.  Most of our postage is done with Australia Post and you can check out their parcel postage estimates by Clicking Here

In the event that you have ordered an item that is out of stock, or something custom made, it will take a little longer to get it into your hot little hands.  Contact us ahead of your order for specific timeframes for these products.

When working with natural materials, no two hides will have the same pattern so therefore no two bags are the same.  The photos on the website are a sample of the bag only.  If you purchase a bag from us and you don’t LOVE IT then we have a no questions asked return policy (see below).

We have a no questions asked return policy.  Please return any item with your order details to Sunday Cowgirl PO BOX 234 Fernvale QLD 4306 within four (4) weeks of your order date in its original condition.  You can choose from either a full refund or store credit (less shipping costs).

Pre-orders that are no in stock have a number of variables that can delay the postage time.  If you need your item on a specific date it is best to contact us for first to see if will make it in time.  Any any stage, you can cancel your pre-order (this does not apply to custom made orders).
